OF ALDERN;EN OF TI-IE CITY OF'
RIVERSIDEy MISSOURI
A regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City
of Riverside, Missouri, was held at the Cit, Hall on Ni~rch 2, 195L.~,
upon a roll call, aldermen Beach, Clark, Panus, Scrivner, &lamm
and Young z~rere present. The meeting was called to order by
I~iayor Filger.
Scrivner ~,_oved that the necessary street signs (for
traffic) and posts be purci~ased and installed, Second. by Clarle,
all voted in favor, and T~.ayor Filger appointed Panus and Scrivner
to purc.ase necess.ry signs and Nfr. Roy Renner stated he would
help erect said signs.
T~.r. Hensley asked that he be issued business aicense
to operate nursery south of ~Tughes ~tat~.on on Junction Li.S and 71
highways. It was decided that licenses could not be issued until
a building was constructed to conform with ordinances of the City
of Riverside.
Nir. ~'rane presented hisreouest for business license for
a golfing "T" on highway !}5 ar_d 6~, and further consideration would
be given this matter after he had coml,leted leis anplic~~t=on for
business b-_:ilding.
T~ir. Kerns presented tc the council the mattes of his
getting permisson to get lic~:nse to Yr~ ve carnival i:or one -.eek
