Clerk read letter e eived Prom Mr. 'card A. Dorsey, attorney,
re~~arding' proper procedure for Sexing area annexed most recently,
under Ordinance No. 76 dated December 2, 1952.~_r- 't
Young moved the council request the coning commission to
hold a public hearing and make their recommendations to the Board
of Aldermen concerning the zoning of the most recent annexed area by
the City of Rivs:rside, Missouri under Ordinance INTO. 76, dated December 2,
1952 andthat they notify the Board of Aldermen of said he~~ring, second
by Clark, the roll was called and all voted in favor.
Young presented a chair which the committee proposed to
buy for the city hall, and moved that 3'~ chairs of type presented
be purcY:axed for City Hall and Police Court, etc. and at a later
date or when suitable chairs are .found for the Council, 8 chairs
be purchased, second by Clark, the roll was called and all voted
in favor.
A letter from Mr. Bichlmeier was received regarding the
parkinr~ situation on his property as the cars were destroying his
fence, and it tiaas decided that the council personally inspect the
situation and report their findings so that som thing can be worked
out to correct this situation.
Panus moved that meeting adjourn, second by Clark,
meetin,~ adjourned.
