New business: tinifnished business: Young reported on the dumping of trash on Bush property and Bush approved signs bei_n~ placed on property. Scrivner and Yozzna; reported on trip to Platte County Court in renard to roads, in Riverside. Su^;gested that Riverside make their own maps with assistance of bir. Scrivner. Also su~;~;ested Riverside accept all roads the county has been maintaining. Ilo road base specifications are avialable in Platte City. County Court suggested Mr. Scrivner use own jud anent in base specifications. Alderman Young moved a committee be appointed to plot out roads and specify qualifications. Seconded by xt;ldorran Brenner. Iti;otion carried unanimously. Committee appointed were Aldermen Scrivner, Renner and Young. Iti"aps of the citT vrere submitted by Dr. aRle. Letter o.f resignation from Virginia Shields dated December 18, 1952 read and accepted. Su?gestion by alderman Beach that letters o!' application be received for consideration by city council for appointment of city clerk. ica;ror is to contact Highway ~->partment about traffic signs to be placed in the City of Riverside.
