Pdew Business:
Alderman Beach moved that application submitted by Duncan for
license to operate an amusement park be approved. Seconded by
alderman Renner. I~iotion carried.

Alderman Beach moved that bill Ido. 77 be pl~~ced upon its first
reading. Seconded by Alderman Young. `ihe roll was called and

second time. Alderman Clark moved that rules be suspended and
bill Ido. 77 be placed upon its third reading; and be passed and
become known as Ordinance No. 77. Seconded by Alderman Beach.
