Alderman Youn^ moved that bill No. 67 be placed upon the first readinn. Seconded by Alderman Renner. Alderman Clark moved that rules be suspended and that bill Tto. 67 be placed upon its third reading; and be passed and become known as Ordinance No. 67. Seconded by Alderman Brenner. The roll was called and the vote was as follows: Alderman Beach -yes, Alderman Brenner -yes, Alderman Clark - ,yes, Alderman Renner - yes, Elderman Scrivner -yes, ~ilderman Young - ,yes and bill No. 67 was accordingly read a third time, declared passed and vras approved by Iplayor Fil~!er.
