Councilmen present; Young, Renner, eagle.
Meeting called to order by Mayor Filger.
Minutes of meetincr, February 20, 1952. read and approved.
Final recommendations from Civic Club were submitted.
Present Ordinances were reviewed by the councilmen.
New Eusiness:
Motion by Alderman Eagle, that bill No. 19, bs placed for
first reading, "Appointment of Zoning commission, consist-
ing of seven members as follows. Mrs. Francis Glark, Fred
V'r'edow, 1Vinston Klamm, J.V.Cushing, Dr. Se±;t le, 21oe1
DeConink, and Tyr. Svaetnam. T~otion seconded by Alderman
Young. Roll was called and the vote was as follows:
Alderman Young - yes, Alderman Renner -qes, Alderman
}eagle - yes and bill No. 19 was accorriin^ly read.
Alderman Youna moved that the .rules be suspended and that
bill No. 19 be placed for second reading. Is~otion seconded
b~~ Alderman Renner. Roll was called and the vote was as
follows: Alderman Young; - yes, Alderman Renner - yes,
Alderman Ea*,le - yos and bill No. 19 was accordingly
read a second time. Alderman Yours moved that the rules
be suspended and that bill No. 19 be placed on its third
reading and be passed and become known as Ordinance 210. 19.
Seconded by Alderman Renner. The roll was called and the
vote was as follows: Alderman Young; - .yes, Alderman
Renner -pes, Alderman Eagle - yes and bill 2do. 19 was
accordingly read a third time, declared passed and was
approved by 2dayor Filger.
Alderman Nagle moved that the zoning commission be granted
the privelege of using T~Ir. V~ard A. Dorsey, special counselor
at "$15.00 per hour with maxium of throe-one hour sessions.
1~?otion seconded by Alderman Young. The roll was called
and the vote was as follows: Alderman Young - yes,
Alderman Renner - yes, Alderman Eagle - yes and approved
by Mayor Fi1~3er.
Alderman Eagle moved that bill 210. 20, be placed f. or first
reading, "Payment to John Scott, City b;arshall, `>300.00
for salary, Sept, and Oct. 1951. I+~otion seconded by Alder-
man Young. The roll was called and the vote was as follows;
Alderman Younr~ - yes, Alderman Renner - yes, Alderman
Earle - yes and bill No. 20 was accordingly read. Alderman
Ea-~le moved that rules be suspended and that bill No. 20
be placed for second reading. I+iotion seconded by Alderman
Renner. The roll was called and the vote was as follows;
