'J~ard A. Dorsey was present at meeting. Also three members of the zoning board were present. Old Business: -Alderman Earle moved that letter be written to l~r. Pan us, invitin~ hir.- to attend council meeting, March 12, 1852; for discussion of his current account, and to present all city propert}* in his possession. Motion seconded by -alderman Renner. The roll was called and the vote was as follows; Alderman Young - yes, Alderman Renner- yes, Alderman Lagle - yes, Alderman Scrivner - ,yes. Approved by ra9ayor Filgor. Preliminary report on zoning submitted by n^.r. Dorsey. .Alderman Eagle moved that report on zoning commission be accepted and approved. ,.lotion seconded by Alderman Young. The roll was called and the vote was as follows: Alderman Yount; - yes, Alderman Renner - yes, .Alderman Eagle - yes, Alderman Scrivner - yes and approved by tvaapor Filger. Alderman Young moved that bill No. 21 be placed for first reading, "Authorizing payment to G. 111. Peters Insurance Agency, ?1b8.80. Seconded by Alderman Eat^le. j'he roll was called and the vote was as follows: Alderman Young - yes, Alderman Renner - yes, Alderman Eagle - yes, Alderman Scrivner - yes and bill Pdo. 21 was accordingly read. Alderman Renner moved that rules be suspended and that bill No. 21 be placed for second reading. Seconded by Alderman Young. The roll eras called and the vote was as follows: Alderman Young; - yes, Alderman Renner- yes, Alderman Eagle -pes, Alderman Scrivner - yes and bill No. 21 was accordingly read a second time. Alderman eagle moved that rules be suspended and that bill No. 21 be placed on its third readinm and be passed and become mown as Ordinance No. 21. Seconded by Alderman Young. The roll was called and the vote was as follows: Alderman Young - yes, =~.lderman Renner - yes, Alderman eagle - ,yes, Alderman Scrivner - yes, and bill 2do. 21 was accordingly read a third time, declared passed and was approved by h:ayor :Filger. Alderman Scrivner moved that bill No. 22, be placed for first reading. "Authorizing ~'ayment to `+'+ard A. Dorsey, of A1<arch 3 invoice, '~21t.7.~0; Seconded by Alderman I'oung. The roll was called and the vote was as folloeas: Alderman Young - yes, Alderman Renner - yes, Alderman Eagle - yes, Alderman Scrivner - yes, and bill No. 22 was accordingly read. Alderman Scrivner Continued: moved that rules be suspended and that bill No. 22. be placed f.or second reading. Seconded by Alderman ~a_r-,le. The roll was called and the vote was as follows: Alderman Young; - yes, Al derman Renner - yes, alderman Eagle - saes, Alderman Scrivner - yes, and bill No. 22 was accordingly read a second time. Alderman Scrivner moved that rules be suspended and that bill No. 22 be placed on its third reading and be passed and become known as Ordinance No. 22. Seconded by Alderman Young. The roll was called and the vote wss as follows: Alderman Young - yes, Alderman Renner - yes, .Alderman Eagle - yes, Alderman Scrivner - yes, and bill No. 22 was accordingly read a third time, declared passed and was approv©d by Mayor Filger.
