Minutes of council meeting March 19, 1952
Councilmen present; Young, Renner, agle, Scrivner.
Meeting called to order by Mayor Filger.
PZinutes of council meeting r~larch 12, 1952, read and approved.
Old Busines~t:
Salaries for officials were again discussed, and agreed upon
as listed;
Marshall, X50.00 per month.
Collector, 100.00 per year.
Treasure, 1.00 per year.
police Judge, 50.00 per year.
Mayor and Aldermen, ~1.U0 per year.
New Business:
Motion by Scrivner that letter be written to Mr. Panus,
due to additional work at this time, the council will not
be able to meet with 1"Ir. Panus, on I~Iar~¢h, 26, 1952.
Motion second by Young. rZotion carried.
Motion by Dr. Eagle, that the Platte County Gazette, of
Parliville, be awarded the contract to print election ballots.
Motion second by Renner. Motion carried.
Motion by Dr. Zag1e, that the clerk be instructed to order
the necessary voting kit from the Samuel Dodsworth Co. of
K. C. Mo. Motion second by Young. Motion carried.
I~iotion by Dr. Eagle, that letter be written to each of the
clerks, judges, and deputy marshalls, advising ther¢, there is
to be a voting procedure school, on I~iarch 27, 1952. conduct e7. ,

Building applications for Beverly LBR. Co. and Sams Grocery
were approved, with permits to be issued by the new Council.
