New Business: Zoning report submitted by Mr. Ward .~. Dorsey; Alderman Eagle moved that the final report of Zonin^ Commission be accepted and placed as final and that public notice be niven in the Platte County Gazette of a public hearing to be had by the Board of Aldermen on final report of zoning commission at a special meetinn by the board of ~ldermen to be held at the Brenner Ridge School, at 8:00 P.N?. on Saturday, April 22, 1952. Seconded by Alderman Young. The roll was called and the vote was as follows: Alderman Young - yes, Alderman Eagle - yes, Alderman Renner - yes,.~lderman Scri~mer -yes. Approved by mayor Filger. Alderman Renner moved that bill No. 26 be placed £or first reading. Seconded by Alderman Scrivner. "An Ord. repealing Ord. No. 2 of the City of Riverside, and providing- for a building permit for any construction within said City whether permanent or. temporary." Alderman Renner moved that rules be suspended and. bill No. 26 be placed for second reading. Seconded by ~~lderman Scrivner.
