.Aldermen present: Young, Eagle, Renner, Scrivner.
Pdeeting called to order by Mayor Filger.
Minutes of meeting March 26, 1952 read and approved
Old Business:
Applications for b~zildin~; permits lead to lengthy discussion.
Application, with check attached, submitted by Tr. Prince is
held for further consideration.
New Business:
.Alderman Young; moved that i~~r. Rohards application for building
permit be approved. Seconded by Alderman Eagle. `Phe roll was
called and the vote was as follows: Alderman Young - ,yes,
Alderman Eagle - yes, Alderman Renner - yes, Alderman Scrivner -
yes. Approved by Mayor Filger.
Alderman Eagle moved that all Deputy lt4arshall Commissions be
terminated as of April 3, 1952. Upon approval by the council.
Seconded by Alderman Young. The roll was called and the vote
was as follows: Alderman Young - yes, Alderman Earle - yes,
Alderman Renner - yes, •1lderman Scrivner - yes. Approved by
Mayor Filger.
Alderman Renner moved that all Judges, Clerks and Deputy
Niarshalls which served on the election board, be placed for
payment of their services; at next council meeting, on April 9,
1952. Seconded by Alderman Scrivner. `Phe roll was called and
the vote was as follows: Alderman Young - yes, Alderman Eagle -
yes, Alderman Renner - ,yes, Alderm.3n Scrivner - yes. Approved
by Niayor Filger.
alderman Eagle moved that bill No. 32 be placed upon its first
readin?. Secon?ed by ~ilderman Young. The roll wss called and
the vote was as follows: Alderman Young - yes, Alderman Earle -
yes, Alderman Renner - yes, Alderman Scrivner - yes and bill
No. 32 was accordingly read. "An Ord. Canvassing the election
roturns of Judges of the general city election held on April 1,
1952." Alderman Eaa;le moved that rules be suspended and bill
No. 32 be placod upon its second reading. Seconded by Alderman
Renner. The roll was called and the vote arras as follows:
.Alderman Young - yes, Alderman as~;le - yes, Alderman Renner -
yes, Alderman Scrivner - yes, and bill T1o. 32 was accordingly
read a second time. Alderman Earle moved that rules be sus-
pended and that bill No. 32 be placed on its third readinT and
be passed and become known as Ordinance Pto. 32. Seconded by
Alderman Renner. The roll was called and the vote was as follows:
