Beach, Brenner, Clark, Renner, Scrivner, Mr. Aioore~s application for a permit fora groc~xy store was not approved as he did not carry out plans on sanitary facili- ties. Rir. Blitz ~s application for a dwelling; p' rmit was also declined as he failed to submit plans in complete. r'~lderman Youne; moved that the city purchase a four drawer legal size, fire proof file with lock from ~';atkins. Seconded by Alderman Clark. ~~otion carried. Committee Reports: ~'~r. Young, serving on the levee committee, reports to the council. Alderman Beach moved that bill No. Zt-f.~ be placed upon its first reading. Seconded by Alderman Clark. The roll was called and the vote was as follows: Beach - yes, Brenner - yes, Clark - pes, Renner - yes, Scrivner - yes, Young - yes and bill No. 'k4 was accordingly read.
