Tiinutes of meeting; July 15, 1952 read and approved. New Business: Alderman Beach moved that T~lr.. Blitz' apY>lication be approved. Seconded by Alderman Brenner. Tuiotion carried. Alderman Beach moved that Mrs. Filger's ax~plicat ion for permit be approved. Seconded by Alderman Clark. Motion carried. Alderman Beach moved that bill No. 4.7 be placed upon its first readinn,. Seconded by Alderman Scrivner. The roll was called and the vote was as follows: Beach - yes, Brenner - yes, Clark - yes, Renner - yes, Scrivner - yes, Young; - yes and bill t;o. 1~7 was accordingly read. "An ordinance prohibiting persons from being? drunk or f?7zilty of disorderly conduct." Alderman Young moved that rules be suspended and bill No. !~7 be placed upon its second reading. Seconded by Alderman Brenner.
