Aldermen present: Beach, Clark, Renner, Scri~mer, Young.
Minutes of meeting July 23, 1952 read and ap;~~roved.
Netir Business
Mr. Gresham, from the Parti~ville, city council was an invited
guest. He explained the need of Civil Defense in this area,
and how the equipment would be used.
T•4r. Pettis sas also invited to attend this meeting, in regard
to his problem.
notion by Beach that AIr. Higgins application for a building
permit ue approved. Nlotion second by Scrivner. T%iotion carried.
Motion by Clark, that Mr. NIoorest application for a building
permit be approved. T•Totion seoo nd by Scrivner, notion carried.
Motion by Beach that NZr. Princes check be returned. Motion sec-
ond by Scrivner, Motion carried.
The regular meeting, of August 5, will not be held, due to
the county election being held on that date.
No further business discussed.
