Meeting called to order by Mayor r'ilger Minutes of 21 November 1951 meeting read and approved by vote, carried. Upon invitation Mr. Frank DeBow,9ir.Swetnam,and Mr.Pettia were present to die:uss city problems. Motion by .:ounc.lman Eagle as stated - Mr. Victor Panes be relieved as city attorney and City Clerk at present monthly salary and retained only on call basis effective 30 November 1901. Motion astound by vouncilman Young Notion vote - in favor unamous against none. Passed. 3+:otion by Jouncilman Eagle as stated - Mr. Victor Panne deliver to ~:eyor r'ilger all city records and property upon payment of his current account. ~:otion astound ~y Councilman i3ot ilenner Motion vote - in favor unamous, against none Passed. ~:otion by .:ouncilman Eagle as stated -The city treaturer be ordered to expend form the City treasaxy the sum of ~ 22.00 payable to the Missouri Municipal League for payment of service fees and!dues for try a fiscal year ending 31 October 1952.
