Bill No. 2003-65 An Ordinance authorizing and approving the City of Riverside, Mo to acquire certain land and improvements for widening and Improvement of certain portions of West Platte Road by negotiated purchase or donation or, in the event it is unable to acquire the property through a good Faith offer and negotiation, by exercise of its power of eminent domain Bill No. 2003-66 An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute an agree- ment by and between the City of Riverside, Missouri and Park Hill Aquatic Center and the Park Hill School District to provide pool maintenance and staffing services 4. Building Permit- Rick Turner- 4707 NW High Drive, Request to repair and replace tornado-related damages to the residence 5. Budget workshop session 6.
