The Board of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, will meet in a Special
Session on Tuesday, September 24, 2002 in the Aldermen's Chamber at City Hall,
2950 NW Vivion Rd., Riverside, Mo for the following agenda:
Starting at 5:30 p.m.- The Mayor and Board of Aldermen will
tour to see the progression of the levee project
MEETING AT CITY HALL BEGINS AT 7:00 P.M

2. Building Permit- Request by Upschulte Ent. (Mean Gene's) for exterior
Concrete slab and refrigeration equipment-4603 NW Gateway
3. Bill No. 20(~-114 An Ordinance authorizing the execution of and
approving the water main extension and deposit agreement between
Missouri American Water Company, Platte County District and the
City of Riverside
4. Geo-Technical's recommedation for the new Public Safety Building
5. Discussion of the Kansas City Power & Light Co. property
6. Workshop session with Hoefer, Wysocki Architects and McGowan
Gordon Construction
7. Closed session pursuant to RSMO 610.021(1) Legal Issues, RSMo
