The City advised that Kincaid has agreed to meet all the requirements and notifications of blaating prior to any work beginning. Nr. Kincaid was agreeable. All necessary papers were preeentad and the Planning Commission had recommended approval. The application was approved. Public Works. Ann Daniels, City Adwinistrator, reported that one of the Puwp et Lift puwpo at the lift station is not working. Bids wars taken Station to repair the present puwp or to replace it with a new one. There was only a differenos of X300 between purchasing a nw SwSth and Lovelace puwp, where the original puwps cave frow, at a cost of M~2607.19 for a nw puwp, Wliwred end installed and repairing the old one. Klsww Roed & Residents along Klsww Road end Belton Street have solved the Belton Street City to perforw a weintensnce project involving spreading a gravel base and then a layer of asphalt on both streets. Both roads have been in existence for wsny years. Each road to narrow, epproxiwsteiy 20 feet wide, end hs• houses fronting directly on each side of the sosd. An issue exists oe to the City's responsibility for these roads. City staff hove had several weetinge regarding these wafters. Alderman Burch'e Aldermen Burch reported on her meeting with Bob Williams Remsrke on with the Kan•se City Missouri Wetsr Department end Terry Meeting with Satterlee, our attorney. Alderman Burch said Kansas City, KC Wster Dept. Missouri would litre to take over ell the Riverside, Miesouri'• sewer lines, however, they did not went to have anything to do with the bonds, They would do the maintenance, monitoring e~ would also do the billing on the sewers.
