A regulsr meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside,
Missouri wss held in the City Nall in Riverside, Missouri on April 8, 1997, at
7:30 p.w.
Those present were Ed Rule, Nayori Alderwsn Brenda Teters, Kris Aust,
Rey Beard, end George Flewo. Alderwsn Betty Burch end Ssw Aylett were sbsent.
Also present wars Ann Daniels, City Adwlnietrator, Bob Bayles, Chief of
Public Safety, Steve Crystal, City Attorney end Irene Paulhe, Secretsry to the
Board.

Project. Construction Cowpony end Chris Heinz snd Vance Herrick of
WRS Engineering ware present to discuss with the City the
cost of the Cowwunity Center. Devil Disney presented to the
Mayor and Board a wwwary of the Project Cost and Coet

the proposed Cowwunity Cantor as shown on the drswings wee

CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT.
Gateway Sewer Ann Daniels, City Adwinistrator, reported that the Gateway
Prc~ect. Sewer Project hoe been cowpletad, but will withhold psywent
until receipt of final drawings showing locetio~n of sewer
stubs.
