MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
JULY 6, 1995
An executive meeting of the Board of Aldermen was called
on July 6, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall in Riverside,
Missouri. Those present were Aldsrmen Tetera, Auat,
Marshall, Beard and Owen; Aylett aba®nt and Mayor B®tty Burch
called said meeting to order. City Attorney Don Witt was
present.
Alderman Marshall moved that the overtime for the Public
Safety Department be approved for the Month of June, 1995 ea
presented by Chief Bayless, seconded by Alderman Auat, the
vote was Aldermen Tetera, Auat, Marahell, Beard and Owen,
yea; Alderman Aylett, absent.
Alderman Owen moved to place Bill No. 95-46 on its first
reading, this Bill provides for the employment of David
Wayne Cooper as Park Department Employee on a seasonal basis,
seconded by Alderman Tetera, the vote was Aldermen Aylett,
absent; Alderman Owen, aye; Alderman Tetera, aye; Alderman
Beard, Aye; Alderman Auat, aye; and Alderman Marshall, aye.
Alderman Marshall moved to place Bill No. 95-46 on its
second reading, seconded by Alderman Beard, the vote was
Alderman Aylett, absent; Alderman Owen, ays; Alderman Tetera,
eye; Alderman Beard, aye; Alderman Auat, aye; and Alderman
Marshall, aye. Upon the bill having been made for public
inspection prior to consideration by the board of Aldermen,
Bill No. 95-46 was passed.
Alderman Auat moved to place Bill No. 95-47 on its first
reading, said Bill provides for the employment of William
Michael McClure as full time Street Department Employee,
seconded by Alderman Tetera, the vote was: Aldermen Tetera,
aye; Alderman Auat, aye; alderman Marshall, aye; Alderman
Beard, aye; Alderman Owen, aye; Alderman Aylett, absent.
Alderman Narahall moved to place Bill No. 95-47 on its
second reading, seconded by Alderman Beard, the vote was
Alderman Tetera, aye; Alderman Auat, aye; Alderman Narahall,
aye; Alderman Beard, aye; Alderman Owen, aye; Alderman
Aylett, absent. Upon the Bill having been made for public
inspection prior to consideration by the Board of Aldermen,
Bill No. 95-46 wee passed.
Aldermen Narahall moved that the meeting go into closed
session under MRS 610.021, seconded by Alderman Auat, the
vote was Aldermen Auat, Tetera, Narahall, Beard and Owen,
yea; Alderman Aylett, absent.
Alderman Marahell moved that the meeting go into regular

session, seconded by Alderman Auat, the vote waa Alderman
Tetera, suet, Marshall, Beard and Owen, yes; Alderman Aylett,
absent.
There being further business to come before the Board,
upon motion duly made, seconded and passed, meeting adjourned
at 8:50 p.m.
