Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of The Industrial Development Authority of
the City of Riverside, Missouri will conduct a meeting at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2009, at the
City Hall of Riverside, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri 64150.
The tentative agenda of this meeting includes:
1. OPENING
2. ROLL CALL
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETING: FEBRUARY 24, 2009
4. NEW BUSINESS
A. RESOLUTION 2009-003: A RESOLUTION ELECTING THE OFFICERS OF THE
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI.
B. RESOLUTION 2009-004: A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EASEMENT TO
KANSAS CITY POWER & LIGHT; DIRECTING UMB BANK, AS TRUSTEE, TO
SUBORDINATE THE DEED OF TRUST TO SAME; AND AUTHORIZING OTHER
ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
