Louise Rusick, City Clerk City of Riverside 2950 NW Vivion Road Riverside, Mo 64150 phone # 816-741-3993 fax # 816-746-8349 BILL NO.2006-149 ORDINANCE NO. 2006-149 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER OF ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FROM THE RIVERSIDE QUINDARO BEND LEVEE DISTRICT TO THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI FOR USE AS A PUBLIC ROAD WAY TO BE KNOWN AS N.W. 43~d STREET WHEREAS; the Riverside Quindaro Bend Levee District ("RQBLD") recently constructed a road known as NW 43`~ Street; and WHEREAS; the Riverside Quindaro Bend Levee District ("RQBLD") was the owner ofRight- of-Way on which NW 43'~ Street was constructed upon; and WHEREAS; NW 43~ Street was designed and constructed in accordance with American Public Works Association ("APWA") and the City of Riverside (the City) standards and specifications; and WHEREAS; the Riverside Quindaro Bend Levee District ("RQBLD") hereby dedicates to the City NW 43`a Street to be used as a public street and right of way. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri: Section 1. The Board of Aldermen approves the dedication of NW 43`~ Street from the Riverside Quindaro Bend Levee District to the City of Riverside. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
