Alderman Marshall rnaved that the meeting ga into regular sessi~~n, seconded by Alder•rnan 7e•ter^s, the vote was Alder^rnen Rule, Isar^shall, Teters and Rule, yes; Aust and Dwen, absent. The rneeti.ng r~ecor~vened, those present wer~e Aldermen Marshall, Rule, Wedua and Teters, A~.rst and Owen absent. Mayer Burch presided over the meeting. Alderman Marshall moved to place Ordinance Na. 94-76 an i•ts first reading, said Ordinance provides for the ernplc~ymer~t c,f Pr^eston Williams, seconded by Alderman Teters, the vc,te was, Alderman Rule, aye; Alder^rnan Marshall, aye; Alderman Teter^s, aye; Alderman Wedua, aye; Alderman Aust, absent and Alderman Owen, absent. Upon the Bill having been made far public inspection pricer to consideration cif •the Board of Aldermen, Bill Na. 94--76 was passed. It was decided that IMayar Bur^ch will call Mr. Robert List, Sr. Vice President of Br_,orntown of the City's decision •ta accept northing less than two percent (~X) of the gr~oss receipts from the gambling boat and the boarding fee of c,ne dollar (~1.~0) per head as allowed by the State of Missa~_rri .
