STATE-LOCAL TECHNICAL
SERVICES ACT
WHEREAS, Missouri State Statutes, Chapter 67.RSMo. 1986 authorizes
political subdivisions to participate in joint purchasing program with the
State of Missouri;
AND WHEREAS, the City of Riverside may take advantage of the cost
savings through joint purchasing with the State of Missouri;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Aldermen on behalf of the City of
Riverside hereby petition the Missouri Department of Transportation for
acceptance into membership in the Cooperative Procurement Program
established to execute the provision of Chapter 67.360.
