TEMPORARY SITE FOR MISSOURI GAMING COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the City has entered into a lease for certain
portions of the City Park; and
WHEREAS, Missouri has expressed the need to have the
use of the entire City park for a period not to exceed three (3) years; and
WHEREAS, the City is willing to lease the perk to
Missouri for a limited period of time under certain circumstances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The concepts in the proposal of Missouri
Gaming Company to the City of Riverside are acceptable
subject to an appropriate lease in a form satisfactory to the City's Attorney.
Section 2: The approval of this proposal is expressly
conditioned upon the posting of adequate security in a form
satisfactory to the City's Attorney.
