A disc~_tssi~~n was had ar,d City Attor^ney D~~n Witt expressed his opinicm that he felt this was not grandfather^ed in as br, ~,.ight ~_rp by ?erry Hannah at a pr^i c,r rneeting. Mr. Witt felt that the ordinance requires the pariting ar^ea to be paved. This matter^ was disc~_~ssed and City Rtt~_~r^riey Lyon Witt s~_~ggested that it might be better' for the City to ir~ter'view several people whc~ want to have the gambling befor^e p~_ttting i.t ~~r~ the ballot. He said he has checked the Engineer^s' Contract with the City and it appears it is the Engineers' obligation to furnish the sewer easements.
