ORDINANCE NO. 2009-155
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS
DEPOSITORY OF CITY FUNDS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City has received competitive bids from various banks to serve
as a depository for city funds, and
WHEREAS, it is determined that U.S. Bank has submitted the lowest and best
bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of Riverside,
Missouri as follows:
That the Financial Officer of the City is hereby authorized to sign in behalf of
the City the attached "Depository Services Resolution for Governmental
Entities."
2. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon passage.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Board of Aldermen and Mayor of the City of
