AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING REGULATIONS AS TO THE HOURS OF EACH
DAY OF THE WEEK DURING WHICH ANY PLACE OF BUSINESS HAVING A
NONINTOXICATING BEER LICENSE OR PERMIT lUY BE OPEN PbR BUSINESS,
AND PROVIDING PENALTIES Pt~R VIOLATION.
BE IT ORDAIlT~7 BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The term •nonintoxicating beer" shall mean
beer having an alcoholic content of more than one-half oP one
par cent by volume and not exceeding three and two-tenths per
cent of alcohol by weight.
Section 2. No person having a permit or license issued
by the City of Riverside, Missouri for the sale of nonintoxicating
beer, and no employee, agent or servant of such ~~..errson shall allow
their place oP business to be open for business°'iiw~ between the
hours of 1;30 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. of any week dny and between the
hours of 1:30 A.M. and twelve o~clock noon of any Sunday.
Section 3. Any person violating the terms of this
ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than
Ten Dolls rs nor mo^e than One Hundred Dollars, as the court may
direct.
