Ssotion 1. It is hereby deoresd to be unlawful for
any person owning land within the limits of th• City of
Rivsrsid• to allow any business to be operated on suoh land
unless a ourrsnt occupation license for suoh business, if
required by the ordinanoes of the City of Riverside shall have
first been obtained.
Seotion 2. Any person •iolating the terns of this
ordinanoe shall be sub~eot to arrest and tine of not mor• than
One Hundred (100.00) Dollars and oosts. Each day~a operation
of such business without such license shall bs deemed to b• a
separate offense.
