Those present were: Janet Keating, Ed Rule, Floyd Best, and Frank Martin. Myrtle Wathen presented an application for a variance request for a 48" wood fence in the front yard and 48" chain link fence across the back yard instead of 42" as allowed by city code. This would permit the new fence to tie in with existing fence at 48". Floyd Best made a motion to grant the variance. Ed Rule seconded the motion. Janet Keating and Frank Martin voted yes. Motion to grant variance passed. Meeting adjourned.
