HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-09-11 & 08-14 Board of Zoning Adjustment MinutesBOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT SEPTEMBER 11, 1990 Those present were: John Marshall, Jim Wedua, Ed Rule, Janet Reating, Brenda Teters and Rathy Elwood. Rathy Elwood of Line Creek Apartments needs a set back from 35' to 24' in back of Line Creek's apartment office and from 15' to 7 1/2' Prom the north side in the back for a storage building which is being reconstructed. Jim Wedua made a motion to grant the variance, seconded by John Marshall. Voting yes were Ed Rule, Janet Reating, John Marshall and Jim Wedua. Motion passed, variance granted. Meeting adjourned. Janet Reating Acting Secretary BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT AUGUST 14, 1990 CITY HALL 8:13 PM Chairman Reating called meeting to order. Those present were: Floyd Best, John Marshall, Jim Wedus, Ed Rule and Janet Reating. Chris Sayers (sic) presented a application for Dr. Noyes. A variance is requested for a driveway-parking lot on a set- back of 25' to a requested 12'. Floyd Best requested Mr. Fletcher look at the plan also for access by firetrucks. Reating polled the zoning board and it was thought the firetruck would have no problems. Floyd Best made a motion to grant the variance. John Marshall, Jim Wedua, Ed Rule and Janet Reating voting yes. Motion to grant variance passed. Larry Edgar, 4720 N.W. High Drive, appeared before the board asking for a variance for a shed he has already built. The variance is for 7'. Floyd Best moved we give the variance since the shed was built without knowledge of zoning members. Bd Rule seconded. John Marshall, Jim Wedua, Janet Reating, Floyd Best and Ed Rule voting yes. Motion to grant variance passed.
