The park board explained the situation with the Renner Park and what had been done and what expectations the park board had in the future. A sketch of the park was given to Ms. Hubinger as well as plans for a parking area. One of the first suggestions was not to have the parking area located where the. board has planned it. The planners said they would like to work up some different designs for us to look at. The prices were discussed. Ms. Hubinger charges $35.00 a hour and Mr. (the engineer) charges $55.00. His time would not be involved unless the city proceeded with actual construction drawing after reviewing Ms. Hubinger's pr6o~hm~,sary plans. She thought it would take her about a waek^ which would run about $2,500.00 for 2 sets of preliminary plans that could be presented to the city council. The estimated price includes any copies and photographs and maps. -S`hf a/SO SAi~ sfic Gvav/d /~/PJP/It cz /o/DpoJa/ urif/i /rer Cu5~5 /h Wri fiios~ ,''or fhr /~1CSyvr~ b~,Ddrr Slrt rau~ki dryiii . Gary Brenner brought up that he had bean told fireworks damage had occured at the Homestead Road Park aroung the 4th of July which was caused by "pin-wheel" type fireworks being nailed to the rough cedar supports for the swing sets resulting in quite a bit of burning to the post. He suggested the city maintenance man may be able to sand the burned spots down and restain the entire goat side with a slightly colored stain. se~~~~y~,~~
