AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AND
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT SUBMITTED BY BRIARCLIFF
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR BRIARCLIFF HILLS SECOND PLAT
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Riverside, Missouri
(the "Commission") considered the final subdivision plat (the "Plat") submitted by Briarcliff
Development Company, a legal description of which is included in Exhibit A attached hereto (the
"Property"), at its meeting on December 10, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the Commission recommended approval of the Plat on December 10, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri considered the Plat and
the recommendation of the Commission at its meeting on December 15, 2009;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside,
Missouri:
Section 1. The Board of Aldermen approves the final subdivision plat submitted by Briarcliff
Development Company, conditioned upon the final signing and recording thereof, which is to take place
upon confirmation that there are no liens or encumbrances upon the property to be dedicated to the City.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.

Exhibit "A"
All that part of southwest fractional quarter of Section 3, Township 50-North, Range 33 West,
and that part of Lots 1 through 4 of Briarcliff Hills, a subdivision, all in the City of Riverside,
Platte County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of Lot 1 of said Briarcliff Hills, said point being the
southwest corner of Lot 1 of Indian Hills Third Addition; thence South 89 degrees 07 minutes 09

50.00 feet; thence southwesterly, along a curve to the left, having an initial tangent bearing of
South 61 degrees 20 minutes 36 seconds West, a central angle of 22 degrees 52 minutes 50
