Mayor Burch announced that the purpose of this meeting is to
talk about how the City is going to increase its revenue. She said
she had written North Kansas City, Kearney, Liberty, Weston,
Gladstone, Parkville and Platte City requesting certain information
regarding their income and she has received the information handed
to each Alderman. This matter was studied and discussed. It was
felt that since there has to be an election to vote on any increase
of income for the City, the best time would be on the June
election, since we could not have the information available for the

Utility Taxes, Sales Tax, and Property Tax. Everyone is to do more
studying on ways to increase the City's income and bring their
suggestions to the next meeting.

the levee on the eastern portion of Riverside and would like to
have a meeting concerning this matter at the City Hall.
