AN ORDINANCF. APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF
MEMBERS OF THE RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI TAX INCREMENT rINANCING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City has implemented and is in the process oC implementing development projects
pursuant to the Missouri Real Properly Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act (the "Act"); and
~VHF.REAS, Section 99.820(2) of the Act requires that the City create an eleven members to a tax
increment financing commission; and
WHF,REAS, the City has created the Riverside, Missouri Tax Increment Financing Commission(thc
"Commission"); and
w'IIEREAS, Section 99.820(2)(3) of the Act requires that the Mayor appoint six members to the
Conui~ission and that the Board of Aldermen appro~ e such appointments; and
W'HERF.AS, it is desirable to confirm and approve the appointment oC the commissioners and their
respccllvc terms.
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Aldcrmcn oC Riverside, Missoun, as
follo~es:
Section 1. The Board of Aldcrmcn does hereby consent to, approves and confirms the appomtmcnl
of the following individuals to the Commission and their respective terms:

Section 2. The Mayor, the City Manager or any representatives thereof are hereby authorized to and
shall execute all documents and engage in all activities necessary to carry out the intent of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
