AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF
MEMBERS OF THE RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI TAX INCREMENT FINANCING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City has implemented and is in the process of implementing development projects
pursuant to the Missouri Real Properly Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act (the "Act"); and
WHEREAS, Section 99.820(2) of the Act requires that the City create an eleven members to a tax
increment financing commission; and
WHEREAS, the City has created the Riverside, Missouri Tax Increment Financing Commission(the
"Commission"); and
WIIEREAS, Section 99.820(2)(3) of the Act requires that the Mayor appoint six members to the
Commission and that the Board of Aldermen approve such appointments; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to confirm and approve the appointment of the commissioners and their
respective terms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Aldermen of Riverside, Missouri, as
follows:
Section 1. The Board of Aldermen does hereby consent to, approves and confirms the appointment
of the following individuals to the Commission and their respective terms:

Ron Super September 17, 2007
Charles Burris September 17, 2007
Leland Finley September 17, 2006
Brad Robertson September 17, 2006
Bill Bright September 17, 2005
Helen Crist September 17, 2005
Section 2. The Mayor, the City Manager or any representatives thereof are hereby authorized to and
shall execute all documents and engage in all activities necessary to carry out the intent of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
