ORDINANCE NO. 2004-99
AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS ON $22,561,386.96.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RNERSIDE,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The investment of $4,324,641.22 in Federal Home Loan Mortgage
Association Discount Notes with Commerce Bank at a rate of 1.424% maturing on
October 13, 2004.
SECTION 2: The invcstmcnt of $5,312,036.93 in Federal Homc Loan Mortgage
Association Discount Notes with Commerce Bank at a rate of 1.81 l % maturing on
January 26, 2005.
SECTION 3: The invcstmcnt of $1 1,184,696.86 in Federal Homc Loan Mortgage
Association Discount Notes with Merrill Lynch at a rate of 1.88% maturing on January
19, 2005.
SECTION 4: The investment of $616,152.88 in a Certificate of Deposit at Norbank with
a rate of 1.25% maturing on October 28, 2004.
SECTION 5: The investment of $616,004.35 in a Certificate of Deposit at Norbank with
a rate of 1.25% maturing on October 28, 2004.
SECTION 6: The investment of $507,854.72 in a Certificate of Deposit at Norbank with
a rate of 1.5% maturing on October 30, 2004.
