Home My WebLink About2003-025 - Approval of Final Residential and Commercial Addition Plat Submitted by Gate Woods DevelopmentBILL NU. 2003-25 ORDINANCE NO. 2003-25 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AND APPROVING THE FINAL RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL ADDITION PLAT SUBMITTED BY GATE WOODS DEVELOPMENT, LLC (THE "APPLICANT") WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Riverside, Missouri (the "Commission") considered and reviewed, the final Residential and Commercial Addition plat submitted by the Applicant (the "Plat") for a tract of land, a legal description of which is included in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Property"), at its meeting of March 1, 2003; and WHEREAS, the Commission recommended approval of the Plat on March ], 2003; and WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri considered and reviewed the Plat and the recommendation of the Commission at its regular meeting of March 4, 2003 ; NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri; as follows: Section 1. The Board of Aldermen approves the final minor subdivision plat submitted by the Applicant for the Gate Woods Residential and Commercial Addition, the final signing and recording thereof to take place only upon full compliance with the requirements of the Municipal Code. Section 2. The Mayor shall have authority to take such actions and to execute such documents as she shall deem reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions and intent otthis ordinance. Section 3.
