Alderman Marshall and Wedua were absent. Mayor Betty Burch presided over the meeting. Mayor Burch presented an application for E. H. Young for retail fireworks salsa. Application was approved. Virgil Griggs, 4703 NW Gower, Riveraide,Mo. 64151, presented a business license application for Ready Liquid Pumping, <RLP) to pump out the septic tanks into the sewer line when hook ups are made. Application was approved upon payment of th• fees. Mayor Burch stated we would do the sewer billing on single family residences beginning probably in July for the month of June. A penalty was discussed and set at 9x. The 9%c penalty will go into effect after fifteen <15) days from the date on the billing. An Ordinance is to be written to this effect.
