ORDINANCE NO. 2003-45
AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE ELECTION HELD ON APRIL 8, 2003.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That Platte County Board of Election Commissioners has issued a certificate of
election declaring the results of the 2003 Riverside General Municipal Election
to be as follows:
ALDERMAN WARD I:
Charles Burris 53
Write- In Votes 3
ALDERMAN WARD II
Ray Beard 32
Write-in Votes 2
ALDERMAN WARD III
Pamela J. Darata 54
Gary W. McMichael 33
Write-in Votes 1
SECTION 2: The Platte County Board of Election Commissioners has issued a certificate of
election and duly elected officials of the City do ratify the election of said
officials to the respective offices.
