AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT BRIARCLIFF PARKWAY, ROUTE 9 AND
TULLISON ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
(1) The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign in behalf of the City the attached
agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for construction
of relocated Tullison Road from the Platte County line westerly approximately 945 feet
within the City limits.
(2) This ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Board of Aldermen and Mayor of the City of
Riverside, Missouri, this 19th day of January, 2010.
