pier^mit to have a resta~_~rant at 114 NW Par^kway, Platte Valley
Ind~_rstrial Park.. Karr^ moved that the Special Use Permit be
approved, seconded by Rule, the vote was Marshall, Karr,

Janice Thorn, So~.ith Dr^ive, Spok.esper^son for a gr^o~_ip of
d~_rplex owners wanted to k.nc~w if the monthly charge fr_,r' sewers
on d~_iplexes could be considered as one. This matter was
discussed ar~d it was br~~~ught out that prior to the
installation c.f any main line sewers it was decided that
d~_rplexes wc~~_ild be considered as two separ^ate entities ar~d
there wo~_ild be a monthly charge from each as s~_~ch separate
entity. Mayer^ B~_ir^ch explained that she was ire the pr~~~cess cif
setting up the books for the sewer^ system ar~d when this is
cc ~mpleted and ever^yor~e is ors the sewer^s, she wi 11 k.nc ~w the
finance sit~_iati~~n.
Steve Schaefer, r^epreser~ting Jars Alexander cif Rlexander^
Devel~_~pment Co. at 3401 NW Vivian, req~_iesting an extension of
time to br^ir~g the ar^ea tc~ cc~nfc~rrn with the ordinances,
regarding the paving and fence matter. He said the estate is
in limbo for the present tune, but something shci~_t1d be
completed shor^tly. It was indicated that the buses wer^e
being par^k.ed ~~n har^d sur^face ~~~nly. Marshall moved that the
city allow a six-mc~r~th extension ref time for Jan Alexander tc~
confor^rn t~~~ the City Ordinances, seconded by R~_rle, the vote

Mayer Rurch inq~_iir^ed what the Heard wc~~_rld like to du
regarding Winterrnute's fence on Indian Lane, which appears to
be on the City's r^ight of way. This matter was disc~_issed.
It was the consensus cif the Heard to have the Attorney handle
the matter.
Mayc~r^ Rurch said that Mr^5. Fr^arices Nc~r^t in, are Her^mosa
inq~_iired whether^ the City c~~uld help with the expense of
ren,~ving that portion of the fo~sndation which remains as the
r^es~_ilt ~ ~f star^ting t. ~ b~_ii ld a garage and was denied a per^mit
