CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
MARCH 4. 1991
A special meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Gity
of Riverside, Missouri was held in the Gitv Hall in
Riverside. Missouri, March 4. 1991 at 7:25 am. The roll was
called and Aldermen Rule, Karr, Teters, Marshall, and
Shepard were present. Alderman Richardson was absent.
Mayor Betty Burch called said meeting to order.
Mayor Burch said the purpose of the meeting was to
approve a check in the amount of S 14.004.00 to Platte
County Title & Abstract. This amount is to be deducted from
the contract amount of S 36.250.00.
Rule moved that Bill No. 91-11 be placed on its first
reading, said bill provides for payment of certain
indebtedness as listed therein, seconded by Karr, the vote
was Karr, Shepard, Rule, Teters, and Marshall voted aye,
Richardson absent.
Karr moved that Bill No. 91-11 be place on it second
reading. seconded by Rule, the roll was called and vote was
Karr, Shepard, Rule Marshall and Teters voted aye Richardson
absent. Whereupon, the Bill having been made available for
public inspection prior to consideration by the Board of
Aldermen, Bill No. 91-11 was passed.
No further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:35 am.

March 4th, 1991 at Riverside City Hall.
