A regular meeting of the Board o! Alderaen of the city of
Riverside, Missouri xas held in the City Hail in Riverside,
Missouri on December 3, 1991, at 7630 p.m. Those present xere
Aldermen wedua, Teters, Harr, Shepard, Rule and Marshall. Mayor
Betty Borah called said meeting to order.
It xas decided to dispense xith the reading of the
minutes of November 19, 1991, for the present time.
Mr. Hal Shedd, Route ,~2, Boz 810, 8zaeisior Springs,
Missouri xas present requesting a liquor license for his restaurant
at 2642 West Platte Road. He xas advised that the City, at the
present time, does not haves a full liquor license (not on Sunday).
The Mayor and Board suggested this be tabled for a couple of reeks
in the meantime the liquor license rill be studied and Mr. Shedd
rill be aoataoted.
The liquor license matter xas discussed and it xas the
consensus of the Board not to increase the number of "Ali inclusive
Liquor License (not on Suadays)••.
Teters moved that Bill lTo. 91-72 be planed on its first
reading, said bill amends the Liquor Ordinance by loxerinq the
amount of package liquor license in the City of Riverside to four,
seconded by Shepard, the vote xas Barr, Marshall, Rule, Wedua,
Shepard cad Teters, aye.
Farr moved that Bill Mo. 91-72 be plaasd on its second
reading, seconded by Rule, the roll xas called and vote xas parr,
Marshall, Rule, Wedua, Shepard cad Teters aye. Whereupon, the Biii
having been made available for public inspection prior to the
consideration of the Board of Aldermen, Bill Mo. 91-72 xas passed.
Harr moved that Bill PTO. 91-73 be plaasd on its first
reading, said Biil amends the Animal Control Ordinance by requiring
the licensing of ants cad providing a criminal penalty for the
violation thereof, seconded by Wedua, the vote xas Rule, Marshall,
Shepard, Teters, xarr and Wedua aye.
Rule moved that Sill 2To. 91-73 be planed on its second
reading, seconded by Wedua, the vote xas Rule, Marshall, Shepard,
Teters, Karr and Wedua aye. Whereupon, the Biii having been made
available for public inspection prior to the consideration of the
Board of Aldermen, Bill 2To. 91-73 xas passed.
Farr moved that Bill PTO. 91-74 be plaasd on its first
reading, said Bill repeals Section 2.is Section 2, of the City of
Riverside and enacting a aex Section 2.is Section 2 in lieu thereof

approximately SO days. She also said that if they are delinquent

enter into a Mutual Aid agreement with all the surrounding Cities
and if this is done as Ordinaaae rill have to be passed.
