HomeMy WebLinkAbout1007- Election 2010 CertificationBILL NO. 2010-031 ORDINANCE NO. 1007 AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE ELECTION HELD ON APRIL 6, 2010 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: That Platte County Board of Election Commissioners has issued a certificate of election declaring the results of the 2010 Riverside General Municipal Election to be as follows: MAYOR Kathy Rose 327 Mike Fuller 160 ALDERMAN WARD I Deana Winter 77 Ron Super 121 ALDERMAN WARD II Bernie Bruns 133 Write-Ins 2 ALDERMAN WARD III Dave Hurt 116 Write-Ins 5 SECTION 2: The Platte County Board of Election Commissioners has issued a certificate of election and duly elected officials of the City do ratify the election of said officials to the respective offices.
