AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE CERTIFICATION OF THF. ELECTION HELD ON APRIL 3, 2001.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That Platte County Board of Election Commissioners has issued a certificate of
election declaring the results of the 2001 Riverside General Municipal Election to be as follows:
ALDERMAN WARD I:
Charles Burris 78
Ron Super 67
Write-in Votes 1
ALDERMAN WARD II
Ray Beard 44
Jatona Looker 18
Write-in Votes 0
ALDER.VIAN WARD III
Pamela J. Darata 20
Write-in Votes 1
SECTION 2: The Platte County Board of Election Commissioners has issued a certificate of
election and duty elected officials of the City do ratify the election of said
officials to the respective oftices.
