AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIL1NG TI{E MAYOR TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL PERSON
AS AN AUTHORI7ED SIGNER ON ALL CITY BANK ACCOUNTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN FOR THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SEC"I"ION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to add Pamela Darata
as an authorized signer on all city bank accounts to ensure the
availability of two signers at all times.
SECTION 2. That Pamela Darata be authorized to sign checks in place of the Mayor
or City "Creasurer when either of them is unavailable when checks need
to be signed.
