ORDINANCE NO. 2001- 7 5
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
AND APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE 2000-46 AND THE FINAL
SUBDIVISION PLAT SUBMITTED BY GATE WOODS DEVELOPMENT, LLC
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Riverside, Missouri (the
"Commission"), considered the request of Gate Woods Development, LLC to amend the final
subdivision plat (the "Plat") for a tract of land, a legal description of which is included in Exhibit
A attached hereto, to include additional utility easements along the rear lot lines, at its meeting
on June 1 q 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Commission recommended approval of the amendments to the Plat on
June 1 4 , 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri, considered the
Plat and the recommendation of the Commission at its regular meeting of July 3, 2001 and again
at a special meeting on July 10, 2001;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of Riverside, Missouri:
Section 1. The Board of Aldermen approves the amendments to the final subdivision plat
submitted by Gate Woods Development, LLC, conditioned upon confirmation that there are no
liens or encumbrances upon the property to be dedicated to the City at the time of signing and
recording of the Plat, and further conditioned upon posting of the maintenance and repair bond
required by City Code § 510.010 C in the form approved by the City Attorney.
Section 2. Exhibit A to Ordinance 2000-46 is hereby amended to conform to the amended
Plat, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
