FOR THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
SE IT ORDAINED BY 'THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI A5 FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That John Jackson be employed as the City Engineer for the City of
Fiversid~ ^~!+sscu:; ,the "City"). 1*L. JaI.AaVII'J sainiy shah bE $76,000.00 per year. Mr.
Jackson shall be employed as as exempt employee, as defrned by the Fair Labor Standards Act
and as regulated pursuant to the City's Personnel Policies described in the City's Employee
Handbook. Mr. Jackson shaft receive the standard and customary employee benefits package
received by exempt employees of the City, and in addition shaiL have the use of one (1~ Vehicle
to be prodded by the City during the te;m of his employment. Mr, Jackson's working test
period shall be ane (i3 year.
