JANUARY 18, 1989
The meeting of January 17, 1989 reconvened on January 18,
1989 at 4:40 P.M. Roll call was answered by Jimmy Karr, Sandra
Kuhlman, Jim Burch, Jim Wedua and Sheree Shepard. Mayor Betty
Burch called the meeting to order.
Alderman Sandra Kuhlman moved we place Bill No. 89-8 on
the first reading allowing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter
into a contract with E. T. Archer Corporation for the Engineer-
ing Services on the proposed sewer project. Alderman Him Wedua
seconded said motion. Motion carried by the following vote:
Burch, Kuhlman, Karr, Wedua and Shepard vote Aye.
Alderman Wedua made the motion to place Bill No .. 89-9 on
its seconded reading allowing the Mayor and City clerk to enter
into a contract with E. T. Archer Corporation for the engineer-
ing services on the proposed sewer project. Alderman Burch
seconded said motion. Motion carried by the following vote:
Burch, Kuhlman, Karr, Wedua, and Shepard voted aye.
Mayor Burch announced the first hearing on this project
will be held January 24, 1989, and the second hearing will be
held on February 10, 1989 at 9 a.m.
No further business, the meeting adjourned with a motion
by Alderman Burch at 5:30 p.m.
