ORDINANCE NO. 2000- ~ ~
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH
KANSAS CITY MECHANICAL, KANSAS CITY, KS, TO PROVIDE PLUMBING
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW CITY HALL IN
THE AMOUNT OF $127,500.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN FOR THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with Kansas City Mechanical,
Kansas City, KS to provide plumbing
construction services for the construction
of the new City Hall.
SECTION 2: The amount of the contract will be based on
the base bid of $120,046.00, a bid of
$7,454.00 on Alternate #1 and no bid on
Alternates #2, #3, and #4, for a total
contract amount of $127,500.00.
PASSED THIS 15TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2000.
