AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENT OF CHARLES BURRIS, WARD I,
AND TONI LOOKER, WARD II, AND JIM BURCH, WARD III, AS MEMBERS OF
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI AND SETTING THE LENGTH OF TERM FOR SAME.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN FOR THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the appointment of Charles Burris, resident of Ward I, as a member
of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Riverside for a four (4) year
term expiring May, 2004, be ratified.
SECTION 2. That the appointment of Toni Looker, resident of Ward II, as a member of the Planning and
Zoning Commission for the City of Riverside for a four (4) year term expiring May, 2004, be ratified.
SECTION 3. That the appointment of Jim Burch, resident of Ward III, as a member of the Planning and
Zoning Commission for the City of Riverside to fill the remaining two (2) years of the
unexpired term of Rochelle Legaard which expires in May, 2002, be ratified.
SECTION 4. The effective date of these terms is May 2, 2000.
